12 ROUNDS
Circuit Training 101 - Level 1
A great full body workout in 30 minutes. This circuit class combines cardio, weights, jump
rope, and boxing steps to give
you the best possible workout in LESS time. These exercises are designed
to target your core muscles. Come check it
out for yourself!

12 ROUNDS Circuit Training - Level 2
Want
to get your heart pumping? This is the workout for you! This is a fast paced full body workout. Approx 40
minutes
of non-stop intense conditioning that will make you feel like you went 12 Rounds of Boxing! Lose an average
of 1200
calories per class. Come check it out for yourself!
30-40 min class
Cardio Boxing
This class incorporates proper boxing technique into a high energy,
intense workout which includes jump rope, bag
drills, strength, conditioning, in
addition, punching combinations using 12 ROUND's Signature Punching System,
and more. Be prepared to sweat! Bring a towel! 30
- 40 min class
Kids Boxing and
Conditioning
This class is structured to teach and work on proper boxing technique for kids ages
7-14. In addition to boxing it will
include conditioning exercises. This will be a great way to get
your kids active and keep them active.
50 - 60 min class.
