12 ROUNDS of Boxing Fitness was established in late 2006 to provide a fully equipped fitness facility in addition to a workout environment utilizing boxing as a means to get fit and stay fit.   

12 Rounds of Boxing Fitness, with an emphasis on FITNESS, offers an incredible workout while learning and improving on the fundamentals of boxing.
