Come on in and try us out for FREE!* 

We now offer a weekly INTRO TO BOXING FITNESS class on Fridays (click here for Class Schedule) that is designed especially for brand-new members, but you are also more than welcome to try any of the classes on our schedule.  

On your first visit, we’ll provide gloves and hand wraps for you to use during class, so all you’ll need are workout clothes, a towel, and a bottle of water.
