Frequently Asked Questions Page 2

Q: Can I bring my kids to the gym while I workout?
A: We ask that members do not bring their children to the gym, since we do not have childcare available at this time.

Q: Do you have any kids classes?
A: Our kids programs are on hiatus for the moment, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and comments. Click HERE to leave us a message.

Q: Do I need to bring my own equipment when I start?
A: On your first visit to the gym, we will provide gloves and hand wraps for you. We believe that it is important for you to try a class and see if you like it, and if our facility is a good match for your fitness goals. If you visit a facility where gloves aren't provided and you are expected to pay for equipment up front - turn around and walk out the door, because that business is only interested in what you have in your wallet. If you come to 12 Rounds and try a class and love it, then it's time to invest in some equipment, and we will be more than happy to help you pick out and purchase the gear you need.

Q: Do I have to box, or can I just use the facility?
A: Boxing training is optional, and membership includes use of all of the fitness equipment in the gym. Click here for more information on our facility and the weight and cardio equipment we offer.

Q: Will I receive any one-on-one attention?
A: You will never be just a face in the crowd at 12 Rounds. Our instructors usually know everyone by name, and classes are structured so that the trainer can coach each student according to their needs in the group setting.
