Boxer's Workout
(Beginner and Advanced)
On Fridays, we have a workout routine posted that will guide you through a full hour of intense conditioning.  Utilizing a variety of boxing and exercise drills, you will get a taste of a fighter’s training regimen as you work your way through the 12 round routine.  Trainers will be on the floor to assist you with any questions and help you maximize your workout time. (60 min)

Mitt Work
One of the most effective training tools in boxing, mitt work tests and builds a boxer's footwork, timing, reflexes, and conditioning. Boxing Fundamentals students will receive some paired mitt work in class. Additional one-on-one mitt work sessions with a trainer are also available by appointment at a special rate for 12 Rounds members. (15 min sessions)

Saturday Sparring Sessions (Advanced Members Only)
Sparring is available for experienced members who want to test their knowledge in a safe, supervised environment. Send Rey an email if you are interested.
